Kevin is a professor of hydrology at Virginia Tech in the Department of Forest Resources and Environmental Conservation and is based in the Virginia Water Resources Research Center. Kevin is also the director of the Center. His research focuses on watershed hydrology, forest hydrology and watershed management, and runoff processes and interactions with soil and biogeochemical systems. Kevin teaches classes in watershed hydrology, hillslope hydrology, and forest soil and watershed management. Kevin is one of the coordinators of the water resources B.S. program at Virginia Tech. He is also the coordinator of two cross-college programs in Watershed Management; one is an undergraduate minor and the other is a graduate certificate.
