Dr. Nicolas Zegre from WVU visited this week

I want to thank Nic Zegre for visiting with us in the lab this week. Nic was invited to Tech for a seminar in the Department of Forest Resources and Environmental Conservation. He packed the seminar room with his talk on “Characterizing the impacts of mountaintop removal mining on catchment hydrology.”

Nic is an assistant professor of forest hydrology at West Virginia University in the Division of Forestry and Natural Resources.

Sorry I missed that talk! I bet it was good, and no doubt stimulated a lot of conversation.
